an interview + podcast with Bryanna Gary (INFP)

After a busy January and February, March is starting to feel more settled and spacious. Just what I needed.

It’s also been a fairly social weekend by my standards, seeing friends on both Friday and Saturday evenings. Last night I had a Nando’s meal in London with a couple of good friends I’d not seen in about 6 months. Six months.

We’ve all had various things going on, but we’ve vowed not to leave it so long until the next time. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in recent years it’s that friendships, of the likeminded, deep & nourishing kind, are so good for the soul. And especially so, just 5 years ago, these sorts of friendships were completely non-existent for me.

With all the socialising, and getting in around midnight last night before watching some of the UFC build-up and the end of a movie (on regular TV!) called Foxcatcher, I didn’t get to sleep until around 2am (it happens… 🙄). So this morning was for a much-needed lie-in. I went to the gym for a light workout, stretch and sauna/steam-room time, had a late lunch, had a lovely interview as a guest on an INFJ podcast, and my soccer team won the local derby. Aaahhh. Not a bad Sunday at all.

That being said, this week I have for you:
- another INF Club member to introduce (interview + podcast)
- a discussion

👤 INF club member spotlight: Bryanna Gary

Today’s interview and conversation are with Bryanna Gary. Bryanna is a student at the forward-thinking NYU Gallatin. We talk about school & study choices, writing, daydreaming, The Office & a creative project which started as a casual idea, but has since gained some momentum… plus a whole bunch of other stuff.

Whether you’re an INFJ or INFP student, young adult, or are way past that stage of your life, I think you’ll enjoy reading Bryanna’s interview and listening in on our conversation.
